The Montgomery County Department of Parks is on a playful search for its tree mascot, Woody. County residents are urged to keep their eyes peeled for the costumed tree character, as the county’s Arbor Day celebration approaches.

Parks leadership hinted that Woody the Tree might be hiding at one of the county’s April tree events.
