I read the June 24 article, "I-270 proposal draws a crowd," about proposals for the Interstate 270 corridor. I wanted to scream.
How can the State Highway Administration think of building and widening when they say they have no money to correct the mistakes they made in the past?
Our community, Bethesda Place, has no sound barrier wall. They made a mistake in estimating future sound levels. Now they claim to have no money because if they fix the mistake they made here, they will have to fix all the other mistakes they made in other communities.
