Kingspan Solar, a solar technology subsidiary of Kingspan Group of the U.K., opened an office in Jessup.
IStrategy Solutions of Owings Mills was selected by the University System of Georgia to provide its analytics software.
Zynga of San Francisco, which produces video and computer games, is opening an office in Timonium, Zynga East, with 12 to 15 employees, led by new chief designer Brian Reynolds.
Kaplan College in Maryland and Kaplan University merged their Hagerstown and Frederick campuses into the university. The company is owned by Washington Post Co., owner of The Gazette.
PROPERTY
Integral Systems, which recently moved its headquarters to a Columbia building owned by Corporate Office Properties Trust of Columbia, sold its 60,714-square-foot building in Colorado Springs, Colo., to the trust for $12.5 million in a sale-leaseback deal that includes a 12-year lease agreement. Integral realized a $0.7 million gain.
ASRC Federal Holding Co. of Greenbelt broke ground on a 27,000-square-foot building in Huntsville, Ala., for its adjacent Analytical Services subsidiary, which it acquired in 2007. Completion is expected in April.
