The following is a summary of incidents to which Rockville City Police responded during the past few weeks. The words "arrested" and "charged" do not imply guilt.
Illegal Drug Arrests
-Oct. 20, 6:53 p.m., Antoine Jermaine Ambush, 23, of Gaithersburg was arrested for alleged possession of Controlled Dangerous Substance (marijuana) following a traffic stop at the intersection of Hungerford Drive and Frederick Avenue.
Weapons Arrests
-Oct. 19, 3 p.m., male juvenile, 17, of Gaithersburg was arrested for alleged possession of a concealed dangerous weapon (knife) following a complaint in the unit block of Maryland Avenue. The juvenile was transported to the Rockville City Police Department for processing and released to the custody of his mother.
DUI Arrests
-Oct. 19, 8:11 p.m., Jose Santos Paredes, 43, of Gaithersburg was arrested for allegedly driving under the influence following a traffic stop in the 700 block of Dover Road.
-Oct. 24, 2:17 a.m., Marcos Anton Soloranzo Ramirez, 36, of Gaithersburg was arrested for allegedly driving under the influence following a traffic accident at the intersection of Norbeck and Avery roads.
-Oct. 25, 2:30 a.m., Joshua Christopher Allen, 26, of Derwood was arrested for allegedly driving under the influence following a traffic stop at the intersection of North Washington Street and Hungerford Drive.
Other arrests
-Oct. 20, 1:16 p.m., Jose Martinez, 33, of no fixed address, was arrested for alleged trespassing and alleged disorderly conduct following a complaint in the13200 block of Atlantic Avenue.
-Oct. 21, 5:15 p.m., male juvenile, 17, of Rockville was arrested for alleged trespassing following a complaint in the 100 block of Gibbs Street. The juvenile was transported to the Rockville City Police Department for processing and released to the custody of his grandmother.
-Oct. 22, 12:45 a.m., Jarrad Andrew Scott, 32, of Walcott, Iowa, was arrested for allegedly failing to obey a lawful order following a traffic stop in the 700 block of Rockville Pike.
-Oct. 22, 10:50 p.m., Alcides Chavez, 27, of Gaithersburg was arrested for alleged unauthorized removal of property (vehicle) and allegedly driving under the influence following a traffic accident in the 1900 block of Veirs Mill Road.
-Oct. 22, 12:25 p.m., William Henry Homick, 78, of Rockville was arrested for alleged failure to obey a lawful order and allegedly resisting arrest following a complaint in the 1300 block of East Gude Drive.
Thefts
-Oct. 19, between 9:20 and 10:04 a.m., 600 block of Hungerford Drive, unknown person(s) removed a tailgate from an unattended vehicle.
-Oct. 19, 1:53 p.m., 1600 block of Rockville Pike, unknown person(s) removed 20 items of clothing from a retail store.
-Between Oct. 19 and 20, 1100 block of Taft Street, unknown person(s) removed two tires and two rims from two landscaping trailers that were parked at a business.
-Between Oct. 19 and 20, in the 100 block of Pasture Side Place, unknown person(s) removed a GPS system from an unattended vehicle.
-Oct. 20, between noon and 1:15 p.m., 2100 block of Baltimore Road, unknown person(s) removed an iPod from a backpack in a classroom.
-Between Oct. 20 and 21, 600 block of Elmcroft Boulevard, unknown person(s) removed a GPS system and a rear spoiler from an unattended vehicle.
-Oct. 21, between 1:20 and 1:25 p.m., 1200 block of Rockville Pike, unknown person(s) removed two cameras from a retail store.
-Between Oct. 21 and 22, 200 block of Congressional Lane, unknown person(s) removed a GPS system from an unattended vehicle.
-Between Oct. 22 and 23, 300 block of Elmcroft Boulevard, unknown person(s) removed a GPS system and an electronic shaving razor from an unattended vehicle.
-Oct. 23, between 7 and 9:19 a.m., 200 block of Richard Montgomery Drive, unknown suspect(s) removed a cell phone from a backpack at a high school.
-Oct. 24, between 5:13 and 5:18 p.m., 1500 block of Rockville Pike, unknown person(s) removed an unattended skate board from outside a retail store.
-Oct. 24, 7 p.m., 100 block of East Montgomery Avenue, unknown person(s) removed an unattended cell phone from a restaurant counter.
Burglaries
-Between Oct. 14 and 19, 2000 block of MacDowell Street, unknown person(s) gained access into a locked shed by cutting the lock off a shed and removed two leaf blowers and two hedge trimmers
